The Express Span system is an innovative 4 in 1 solution replacing traditional foil sarking, bulk fibre and acoustic noise insulation, with one easy product. The system provides a simple yet comprehensive and cost effective solution to the Section J component of your project.

This Express Span system has been developed as a solution to all of the negative aspects currently associated with the components used to insulate a commercial roof space.  Express Span will cut time and labour involved with installing insulation. It will also alleviate many safety concerns regarding wire tension and warranty issues.

Developed and designed by roofing and insulation professionals, the system is simple with an emphasis on safety and efficiency. It incorporates existing products and roofing techniques; C and Z purlins, Safety mesh, Express Shield insulation, a specifically manufactured thermal spacer batten and current metal roofing product, screwed down with easily installed screws.
