Schon Training Restaurant and Event Venue

Schon and the Fagor Cooking School are specialist culinary training facilities of Hospitality Training Australia.
The restaurant is a licensed venue and is open Monday to Friday for lunch between 12pm and 2pm and for dinner, on selected evenings, between 6pm and 8pm.
Schon offers students of Hospitality Training Australia and short course participants access to a fully equipped espresso bar, licensed bar and restaurant set up.
The Fagor Cooking School offers students of Hospitality Training Australia and short course participant's access to a state of the art commercial training kitchen utilising the Fagor equipment brand.
Both the Schon Training Restaurant and the Fagor Cooking School offer students the opportunity to gain practical competence that is to put skills into practice so that learning from practice can occur.
