    I have just had my BMW repaired at Scientific and my car has been returned to me on time and in immaculate condition.

    I had used a few smash repairers before but none would compare to the service and repair quality that I have received here.

    They handled everything with my insurance company, gave me a loan car to drive while I was off the road and kept me updated through out the repair. I was worried that my car would never be the same after some guy rear ended me, but it has come back as good as new

    My sister has an Audi and she was the one who suggested that I use Scientific as they are recommended for all the prestige brands. I gave her a bottle of wine for the tip and a case of beer to David at Scientific for taking such good care of me.

    I found out about this place through my vechiles users manual and it was close to where i work so it was the most convenient choice.

    After being re-ended when stopped in traffic, I took my 2009 7 series for repairs early this year and they caused in excess of $20,000 in repairs. Various parts were swapped in the engine bay without any real reason.

    They also left a big scratch on the passenger seat of my car. The paint used faded 2 months after the job was completed and wasn't colour matched to the rest of the car.

    When i confronted someone at the counter upon picking up the car, i was told that those damages were already there.

    I haven't needed to use a smash repairer in the 35 years of driving, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

    You have been warned, stay away.
