    I contacted Scott and Sons for a burst hot water heater, and required same day service as I had no hot water. I was told by the office staff some body would after lunch. When the staff arrived not only were they late, they didnt not take thier boots off and trecked mud through the house on the carpet.... the disaster didnt end there after they left and i got the bill wich i thought Was a little high. I was told i would have hot water the next day, wich when i woke up in the morning i did not, 2 days WITHOUT hot water and a high bill. Not happy
    PS. very high pressure sales tatics

    I needed blocked drain cleared they sent a staff who i would not refer to as a plumber. The staff did not appear to have the correct tools and spent most of the time looking at the drain and smoking. Not impressed when i got the bill for a professional service, not professional in my opinion, will be looking for a new plumber

    Friendly service 9am New years day!

    Quick (arrived in under 30mins) and friendly service for our plumbing emergency on a public holiday. Got us up and going in under an hour. Then organised for the major work to be done in business hours to save us unnecessary expense. Highly recommended!
