    Always great service. They found a fixed a knocking sound on my Jazz for one hours labour. I thought it was the usual Jazz gear box fault but it was way more serious - the lock nut that holds a front wheel on was loose. Today Abdul did a great job installing number plate covers while I had a coffee in their comfortable show room.

    Glittering showroom. Polite staff , good coffee machine and yes, tiny muffins to seal the sale but if something goes wrong down the track don't expect them to compensate you. I bought a Honda Accord Euro here in 2005. Since then, much to the angst of my neighbours, the alarm activates in heavy rain usually around 4 am. Despite returning the vehicle to "Service" not less than 13 times the problem remains. Honda Australia's policy...no replacement vehicle and no refund! This car is a lemon in Honda's basket of apples.

    Buy a car and have a juice or coffee!
    As we walked on the perfectly polished floors of this Honda Dealership we were warmly greeted by Mike O'Shea.
    After asking us which car we were interested in he promptly provided us with a booklet and gave us a guided tour of the car and its different models.

    Friendly, courteous and humble- Mike was patient and clear when answering our questions. It is a big decision buying a car but his gentle demeanour makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and in no way pressured.

    Mike also listened carefully to our needs and what featured matters more to us than others. After we helped ourselves to the juices and coffee offered in the Honda dealerships relaxation area he sat us down to offer us a price. This price was by far the best quote we had received from other dealerships and from our research online for new cars.

    There was no pressure to commit, no hidden agendas- it was so simple.
    This is in contrast to other dealerships who wouldn't give us any price other than the RRP unless we agreed to "BUY TODAY!!!!" (never agree to buy something you don't know the price of!).

    In the end we decided to purchase a used car due to our current circumstances- but if I were to buy a new Honda I would visit Mike again.
    I highly recommend this Honda dealership purely based on my experience with Mike. We were highly impressed by his commitment to serve and his professionalism.

    Ever since the Honda in Eastwood had closed down, I started coming here. I must say the service here is absolutely terrific. They will call you to confirm a day before, and when you arrive, you are greeted by their friendly staff.

    They also provide transport to and from St Leonards station, so you can drop off your car early, and pick it up after work.

    When I came to pick up my car, I waited in their nice big lounge area, with some drinks and small muffins to nibble on. The staff were also very good in explaining the whole service.

    However, like all car services, it isnt cheap, but if you are looking for a place to get your Honda service, I highly recommend dropping your car off here.
