    My family has been truly happy with the fish and chips, and with the family that runs the shop.

    The review belong could not be more wrong or misguided ! This is the best, freshest and "purest" form of fish and chips you will find anywhere in Melbourne. The chips are succulent in their potato content, crunchy around the edges and brushed with a tinge of chicken salt and dusted with optional herbs. The calamari in particular is the best I have ever tried. Full rings of calamari (not crab meat or cheap substitutes) ! Succulent and perfectly battered flake and best of all there huge range of home made sauces. Try their home made tartare sauce. I was reading a local paper a year ago which featured and article on the two greek owners of this well known fish and chip shop. They have been going strong for over 40 years !! Is it any wonder why? It all comes down to quality, reasonable prices and impeccable service. I will keep coming back to this fish shop until the day I die. And no, I am not a "local" of Seaford or Frankston anymore. I once was, and now I travel over 1 hour to get to this same fish and chip shop on a regular basis. Why would I waste my fuel to get here? Its the same reason why I wouldnt waste my time travelling 5 minutes to purchase shoddly made and soggy chips packed in a small paper box from a yuppy "fish and chippery" in the city. Its because I demand quality. I demand reasonable prices and I demand service. Well done Bill and Tom. You deserve my full respect because you have provided me with CONSISTENT respect and loyalty and stringent adherence to quality and service for the the past 30 years of my customer relationship with you. Thank you sincerely and keep up the good work !! (I hope you do actually get to retire and take it easy one day ) !!
