    We were trying to plan an even here, it all sounded good over the phone so we decided to make a surprise walk-in and try the food and service. Food took over 45 minutes to show, the steak was cooked well done after clearly asking for medium rare! The chips went bad, salad was good and then there's the case of the parmigiana :/ dry and tasteless !

    Service was a shock! Although one staff behind the counter was nice.
    Eventually we decided to try our luck and ask to check out the function room. It is horrible! Bad color and smell!

    So far a very bad experience here, and I doubt well ever go back!

    Waited over an hour for food. Half of the table received their food, had to ask 20 minutes later where the rest of the order was. Waited another 15 minutes all food came out but 1. Waited another 10 minutes then it finally arrived. The crazy part was the last meal was the steak
    & it was steak special night!!!! Service was shocking, food was below average when it finally arrived.

    Have fun theme nights, but finding front bar crowd becoming quite dodgey! Also rare to have a nice meal here always dry or overcooked. with exception to the schnitzel which is always great.

    The bottle shop is a lot better then the front bar, not sure what type of crowd they are trying to attract. The one thing going for this place is it’s location and cold beer.
