    Ive been looking to purchase a property for over 12 months now and never had a more difficult company to talk to than section 108.

    After paying and receiving the report there was some major works that were completed in the building totalling $970 000. As there was no scope of works in the report I thought I would call management.

    What a mistake!! I have never spoken to someone so rude and ridiculous. Was offended that I was asking for the scope, which I said I assumed should be in the report, and telling me not to tell them how to do their job. Completely childish and unprofessional.

    After a heated conversation said they would try and follow it up on the following week. After I prompted them with an email they said they asked around and was waiting to hear back. This was the last email I received. I ended up getting the information that I needed off the vendor.
