Great atmosphere and food. The service is just what you want in that the staff are attentive without being intrusive. Love meeting with my friends at Seed, as it's comfortable and much less noisy than other cafes in Mordialloc.

Food was fantastic, great variety and cooked to perfection. Although the service was poor. The food was shoved on the table and not given to who ordered it. They never came back to get our drink orders. Upon paying she informed us that they don't split bills but I had to ask twice for the receipt. In short great food, poor service.

Staff couldn't be better as they are consistantly friendly and ready for a chat. Order is always spot on. Kid friendly and nice decor. Food is very good, especially the brekkie burrito. Lunch is a bit pricey.
