Kinesiology uses the art of muscle monitoring to identify and correct the underlying cause/s of your body's imbalance. Natasha uses both Eastern and Western therapeutic techniques to stimulate your body's own innate healing intelligence. These include: flower essences, acupressure points, five element balancing, cranial balancing, chakra balancing, neurolymphatic and neurovascular points, crystal colour therapy and sound. Muscle monitoring is a way of talking to your body, and subconscious mind, without requiring you to think of all the answers. What to expect in a kinesiology session: 1.) we will talk about your current situation, how it is affecting your life, and what you hope to achieve; 2.) you will then lie on the massage table fully clothed; 3.) I will do some gentle muscle monitoring to find where the stress and/or imbalance is being stored in your body; 4.) I will use non-invasive eastern and western therapeutic techniques to help you release these stressors from your system and restore balance; 5.) we will conclude by discussing what has happened and what this means for you.
