I have no idea what salon the people below are talking about.. they are describing a completely different salon to where i go! Love it and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone. Everytime I have been there, I've walked out super happy with what theyve done with my hair :)

I have been to this business for over 14 years, back in the days of Railway Parade, and then at the Belevedere Shops and now onto Carrum Downs, you do not following around a dirty business that have bad staff! And these days businesses don't stay in business if they are "dirty". Competitors are obviously worried about a very good business that Serenity is! Believe me Serenity is fantastic, like I say have been going there for 14 years, always have great styles at a reasonable price. Very happy and will continue to go there. Also go there for eyebrow waxing very good and spotlessly clean. Always happy with the shaping too. I also recently had my nails done there, something I have never actually had done and was thrilled with the outcome. Melody is lovely, and so are all of the staff, hi to everyone and see you soon.

Really dirty in waxing room and the people who work there are very unprofessional in their attire and manners. Would never go back. Had a haircut which was terrible. Had a wax which was worse by a staff who I am sure didnt know what they were doing!

  We have never had a client call Mackezie Wellington come to the salon. There is no record in our computer of her ever having any servise at Serenity.

  Trust me I have been there, not only that but since then I have been back to try and make an appointment and again was not greeted for at least 5 minutes and when I finally was it was again by a rude untidy staff. The staff, there were two of them straightening my hair we talking about personal things I wont even mention, nearly as bad as my hair when I walked out of this salon. Needless to say when I thought I would give this salon another go and was greeted by the untidy and rude staff I got out of there as quickly as I could!! Do not recommend this place at all!!

The worse hair and beauty place I have been to . Got my eyelashes tinted and it lasted for about 3 days, the waxing room was filthy, old waxed hair everywhere and it looked like they use the sticks more than once. Was charged more than quoted and stung a $2 *fee for paying by card... I spent well over $150 so really dont see the need for the fee, I could understand if it was a $5 transaction. WIll not be returning.

  If our waxing room was so dirty your wouldnt have layed down & the health department would have shut us down. Wow realy $150- for an eyelash tint is nuheard of its more like $15- !

The best salon I think I have ever been to!!! I havent been to a hairdressing salon in over 10 years as I had countless bad experiences!! They listen to everything you ask and recommend excellent colours and cuts; I have never been complimented more!! The staff is extremely easy to get along with and you would have to be completely sour to not agree! I would recommend these guys to anyone excellent service at an excellent price!!

This salon would have to be one of the worst I have ever been to. I made an appointment and was told by a staff I would be booked for a $99.00 package which was colour, treatment, cut,blowave and eye brow wax. After sitting there and then getting suggested they do foils. I had no treatment, a crooked haircut, didnt get treatment or eye brow wax. Was told at the counter this would be $138.00. I explained this wasnt what the staff booked me for and half not done. They told me deal wasnt for Saturdays. Even though thats what was sold to me at the time of booking. I told them I wouldnt be back in a hurry to them.

I wasn't a huge fan of Serenity the first time I went so I gave it another go and was even less impressed the second time.
I often get foils in my hair but when I went to Serenity, my hair was very dry afterwards and it definitely looked bleached which was not the look I was going for.
I also found the service very unprofessional ... I was kept waiting with wet hair for quite some time and the staff I dealt with had a less than positive demeanor.

I love Serenity, it is a real treat to go there, the staff are gorgeous, we have a good chat and laugh and they are always up to date with the latest styles, I have been really thrilled with how my hair turns out, I always want it similar to "normal" but have a slight change on the girls advice, every, single time have been thrilled! The price of the styles are extremely reasonable in price. The salon is modern yet comfortable, and love to catch up with the latest magazines too whilst there. All in all the visit to Serenity is an extremely positive one, and one I look forward too, the shop is clean and comfortable, have a laugh, what more can you ask for with a great hair style too. A+ in my book, cannot praise enough.

Love this salon! I have been going to serenity for a couple of years now and I have always been happy with the girls and the the quality of the service they give is 110%
They accualy havnt done acrylic nails in a while so the review before is incorrect! Always has been clean and tidy even looking closely as I am a neat freak! Would deffently recommend this salon to everyone I know! Also the 2$ surcharge on the eft machiene there is a bright sticker with big writting stating that there is a 2$ fee :)) and if you are happy with the service then an exta 2$ is nothing!!
For a good time and a great service go to serenity :))
