I have recently been recommended to Sergio at Serge Videl Hairdressers. I now highly recommend him. What a refreshing change to find a hairdresser who actually listens. I had lots of split ends and no shape, I avoided having my haircut, cause I didn't want to loose too much length. Sergio amazingly cut off my split ends without cutting my hair short and gave me a beautiful shape around my face. I can even manage my hair myself. It's been a few weeks my hair is still beautiful and I have told my friends at work to see Serge Videl. It's a lovely salon too.

Have been to the salon a few times.. when I Visited this salon 2 years ago and loved the bubbly Brunette hairdresser but where has she gone?? When I visited lately I felt very uncomfortable when talking with management about it.. Salon has gone downhill badly since. Decor is very outdated and needs alot of work, staff are shocking... Wish i could give it a negative rating

Great hairdresser must be questioned at present staff is being moved around like water, the staff that was their was great for head massages and treatments, did do a great job at blow drying my hair, the new staff well not so good, if want a bath by all means, have been many times but recently found that customer service is not so good, will think twice before i return for what I am paying the service needs to be great.

Just found a great hairdressing salon, all staff so friendly and smart with colouring and my cut suit me and my low fuss styling needs. I've even turned a head or two with my new look. Thanks to Serge and the team

  i agree i was so happy with my service and the kerastase product just make my hair so healthy and silky smoothe.
  i will keep going there and the girls and serge are so friendly and happy.
  tehy have 2 new girkls and they are so professinal and lovely girls.
