    Have been before to the salon to be waxed, in fact have been going there for about four years on and off. Finally went in to have my hair cut, a trim, for the first time. Absolutely appalling. The hairstylist didnt even listen to the fact i said TRIM. She cut half my hair off and then proceeded to basically say that what i had before was a concave cut, yes it was a year ago. It had taken me a year to grow and was having a trim to grow my hair longer, which i mentioned it was going to be grown out. She didnt listen. When i complained (I would never skip out on a bill, and i till paid my bill without dispute) the owner just stood there and didnt care that she had done the WRONG thing. THey all just looked as if i was the one in the wrong, when i said TWICE a trim. REALLY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It ruined my day, my week and probably the next six months, of not being able to put my hair up. Anyone who has had a bad hair cut will know what this feels like! THese people should not be in business.
