We offer Yoga in a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Yoga classes for Adults and Children (5 - 12 years). 
Adults Yoga - Practice of Hatha Yoga Asanas (Postures), Pranayama (Breathing), Mantra (Chanting), Dhyana (Meditation), Savasana (Relaxation).
Kids Yoga - The practice of Yoga postures using Story telling techniques, creating strong & healthy bodies and imaginative minds. All activities (Songs, games, stories are Yoga based, and teaching the Children "how" to relax during our relaxation time.

Wednesday - Adults Yoga 11am - 12:30pm, Kids Yoga 4pm - 5pm.
Thursday - Adults Yoga 7pm - 8:30 pm.
