    We needed a plumber to replace all the old rusted galvanised steel cold water pipes under the house and back to the meter as well as the addition of a warm water tap on the outside brickwork at the back of the house. We chose Shane because over several phone conversations prior to the job he answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable in his ability to undertake the work. On the day, Shane did an extremely professional job. He was courteous, knowledgeable, respected our property (shoes off at the back door does not go unnoticed) and the front yard soil refilling and cleaning up was excellent. Shane also took care of the little details and made sure every tap in the house was working with the new water pressure (even replaced all the old washers with decent ones). All work was done to the quoted price but Shane certainly put in more value. We would not hesitate in having Shane back again for more work and we highly recommend him to any future clients.
