    Recently stayed here for a night in a king size suite with an opera house view...and that was a very apt description. No false or misleading advertising here - the bed was sizeable & worthy of a king, the room was suite in its size & sweet in its decor. But the masterpiece is the view. Breathtaking. The staff were polite but not overly helpful, which was my one piece of constructive criticism. Overall - a great hotel, good services, great bars, OK restaurants, great location & a superb view!

    My partner and I stayed here for one night and the room and the view was stunning but the service was terrrible. Booked a smoking room a month in advanced checked into the hotel and on the actual day they said the room that we booked was non smoking and we would have to book another room if we wanted smoking. They only had this one particular suite so we didnt want to change rooms. Order roomed service and it took almost an hour to deliver CHIPS which i thought was crazy. I would never go back to this hotel.
