    I love my new ducted air conditioner, its as simple as that !.
    I would gladly recommend Shear Comfort to anyone needing a new air conditioning system supplied and installed. It was easy from the start...... first with the quote and then fitting the installation date in with my schedule with patients and ease.
    I was left with a new system quieter and more efficient, and best of all at a reasonable price. Thanks so much Neville and Michelle.

    I recently had my air con unit removed and re-installed by Shear Comfort Air Conditioning. I am taking the time to write this review because I found Neville and Braiden absolutely fantastic. The quote was reasonable and the job was professional. They showed up on time and were very courteous.
    I would highly recommend Shear Comfort when your going through your quotes, they won't let you down.

    Could you post this on the review please: Give the review 5 stars please Michelle.

    I have ducted air conditioning that was 10 years old and it was not coping well with the very hot days, so my husband and I decided to update our system. Not knowing what system, I looked up Choice and Daikin was the system most recommended by customers. I then went to the yellow pages and found Shear Comfort who dealt exclusively with Daikin.I wanted to use a family owned company as their business is their bread and butter.
    I made the first phone call and spoke to Neville, from then till we had our old system updated the process was seamless. We had to call him back for a minor problem that was immediately fixed. Neville and his son turned up at the designated time for the initial quote and also for the installing.We knew that we had chosen well.
    I can highly recommend Shear Comfort not only for the product they sell but because they own the business they know their business. My air conditioning now is perfect it is so much quieter and our house is warm so much quicker than the old system.
    Nothing is a problem to Neville or Michelle. Dealing with them was "shear comfort" My husband and I highly recommend their company. You won't be disappointed. We weren't.

    I would like to recommend this business to anyone looking for friendly, reliable, punctual and cost effective service. I was lucky enough to receive same day service to repair my air conditioner that suddenly stopped working. Neville arrived as promised and within 30 minutes had my aircon up and running like new again. I will definitely be calling again should I need any other repairs.

    I must commend Nevillle and Brad, ( not forgetting Michelle) for the excellent job they did at my house. The installation of the a/c was not straight forward but they made a good job.
    The main thing for me is that they did what they said what they would do, in a very professional manner- something which is missing from alot of traderpeople nowadays.

    Shear Comfort Air Conditioning have been outstanding in the service they offer. From the consultancy stage through to ordering of necessary equipment to managing the site of my home. Backup and ongoing service has also been outstanding. I am that pleased with the level of personal care and service. I have now recommended Shear Comfort to other friends and they also have acknowledged their level of professionalism. In addition to this Shear Comfort have also now been involved in installing a number of air conditioners at my work place with ongoing service work of the exiting units. Their dedication & commitment to making sure that all has gone well & the quality of workmanship has been outstanding.     I recently had a new Air Conditioner installed by Shear Comfort Air Conditioning, they were Great! from the time I put my insurance claim in they looked after everything.
    The Daikin system they installed cools my whole house its Fantastic!!
