The Shearers Arms is a good local tavern, it has everything you need, separated areas for dining, pokies and general tab and bottle shop. The staff are always helpful and make the effort to fit everyone in if you just roll up. steaks are cooked well and to order. -

I have bought pizzas from here before but this will be my last time. I placed the order, was told it would take 35 minutes, fair enough. Then when I went to pick it up, they "forgot to make it", and had to wait another 10 minutes. Pizza was awful, runny tomato paste, no flavour. Don't know what happened to them......won't ever be back. -

we love eating here wether it be for meals or coffee and cake for $5. i think there is new management as the meals are significantly smaller than they used to be, but still a decent meal.
