I would stay here again. Location is perfect. Despite its central location and a busy street, the hotel interior is quiet. It was a good retreat from a week of hard work. Hyde Park is directly opposite and helps give the hotel an exquisite and relaxed atmosphere. -

Stayed here for my anniversary and the location is great. Clean rooms and staff were great. Also loved the seafood buffet it had a great selection of tasty and fresh seafood! -

The most amazing seafood platters! Very pricey but I did get to know the waitress who works in the buffet. She was very helpful. I would recommend her to all of my friends. There was red pubic hair in my cocktail but besides that matter we had a great time! -

One of the most beautiful hotels in Sydney, particularly for out of state visitors. I recommend this hotel for all family and friends visiting Sydney. Perfectly situated in the centre of the city - and across from Sydney's iconic Hyde Park. the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. We stayed in a Hyde Park View Room overlooking Hyde Park of course with views across to St. Marys Cathedral and Middle Harbour. The beds are ultra plush - called the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, which i have to say is the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. Room service was fast and friendly. The restaurant also has a lunch seafood buffet - which was one of the best i have tried. Huge array of fresh seafood and beautifully cooked fresh fish. You don't need to be staying at the Sheraton to enjoy the buffet, you an walk in off the street - its one of the favourites for locals for fresh seafood. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sydney or any locals who want to just get away for a night or two and experience sheer luxury. -

Disappointing service for a 5-star hotel: Details of our booking were lost, we were left waiting for 30 minutes even though we had confirmed our check-in, breakfast was charged even though it was included as part of our booking. Fortunately, the facilities from The Link internet desks to the impressive gymnasium and pool saved this from a poor rating. -

This is an impressive hotel, starting with the expansive lobby & trendy lower level restaurants. The pool with skylight looking up at Centrepoint Tower is great (although the spa is below average), and the gym has good quality equipment with nice views over Hyde Park. We ordered room service one night, which was good quality. Unfortunately the downside is that it isn't cheap - breakfast prices meant that we ate out every day, and mini bar prices are (as expected) over the top. Also, a word of warning - the 20% off deal which is currently on is great value - but it's for a very small room...ok for one person on business, but for 3 of us (including small child) too small - so we upgraded to a larger room - still no Hyde Park view, but comfortable & good quality nonetheless. -

the location is very good. right in the middle of the city. very close to the train station and a big park opposite the hotel. the room is very nice n clean, the customer service is excellent. what else you could ask for? -

This hotel has a fantastic location - right around the corner from the Pitt Street Mall - and its interior is immaculate (think art deco meets comfort). Staff are friendly and accommodating (they found my phone charger I left behind), and its conference rooms are more modern than most. -

This Hotel is luxury all the way, make sure you get a room with a view of the park and you wont be disapointed. The friendly staff are always willing to bend over backwards to help and it is genuine. Good location also with plenty of cafes and restaraunts close by if you dont want to eat in.

Snugly positioned under the glass-domed ceiling of the Sheraton on the Park Hotel, the Executive Club Lounge is all about the ultimate in luxurious comfort for the discerning traveller plus jaw-dropping views of Hyde Park. Pre-dinner drinks are with antipasti in front of a glass-enclosed fire and some delicious drops of red wine. Wake up and pop back into a booth with a view for a hearty breakfast before a hard day in the boardroom. A great place to show off to your mates. One small hiccup is you can only access this area if you are staying in one of the swanky executive suites or know someone that knows someone – wink, wink, nudge, nudge!
