We have been dealing with Bev from shutters Australia , she is fantastic. She checked and counter check to make sure all measurement are correct. The shutters looks great and make a big difference to our house . It is worth the investment . The installer Pedro is fantastic too. He ensures everything is done to perfection. It is worth a visit to their showroom at Victoria rd, castle hill

I had excellent service from Shutters Australia, from the lovely office staff to the installation guys, my shutters look fabulous, can't complain at all.

I've had nothing but trouble dealing with Shutters Australia. They installed shutters in 3 rooms in our house 18 months ago. Less than 6 months after installation, all 3 shutters began to split and crack. After no less than 6 attempts to 'repair' or replace individual elements (they couldn't get the size, colour or install right), we FINALLY received completely new shutters in all 3 rooms. That was 6 months ago and the replacement shutters are beginning to split and the paintwork is cracking AGAIN! I notified them of this more than a month ago now and have been shoved from pillar to post by 'customer service' and management who don't seem to want to take responsibility for their sub-standard product. I was told a week ago that I'd receive a call back that same afternoon... and I'm still waiting!! If I added up all the hours / cost of phone calls / time off work to facilitate site visits etc, I'd have enough money to pay for new shutters with someone else. If I had my time over again, I would NEVER have purchased their products. I will NEVER recommend to anyone I know. I will NEVER use this company for ANYTHING again. If I could take their shutters out of my house and start all over again with another company, I'd happily do so, but I'm now thousands of dollars out of pocket and no closer to getting the product I paid for back in 2010! DO NOT USE SHUTTERS AUSTRALIA if you value quality products or service.

Can not say enough good things about this company. Patrick is the best installer around (after I dealth extensively with their competitor Accent). The approach of all their staff is extremely professional and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

  Lucky you, I called Shutters Australia on Thursday, no one had got back to me by Tuesday, rang again on Tuesday and organised someone to come in for a quote on the following Thursday. No-one turned up, despite my having taken time off work, so I rang them back, and was told that I hadn't been booked in for a measure and quote, so another time would have to be arranged. Asked to speak to a supervisor, told they were the supervisor, phone rep. was very reluctant to give me the manager's name. Why advertise your business if you can't be bothered providing the service?

  I have the same problem. This company is so disorganised. I have ordered 1 blind and 3 shutters. They came twice to installed the blind only. The first time the blind does not fit (though they already came before to do window measure). The second time, the blind is too wide and touch the wall. 8 weeks after I called they about the shutter and they said it is already there, could I book for a time, so it is Wed. Then they called me again on Mon to change to Tue. So I waited on Tue, called them around 2.30pm and they said I was the last of the run (7) and installer was doing job No4 and would be here 4pm. So I called them again 4.45pm and was told to wait for 45 min more. Look like I was stuffed around so I asked for another day, they said they *cannot* make a time (why) right now and would call me next morning. Here I am typing this comment in the "next afternoon"....
