    my workplace used this company for my move and they were so unprofessional and rude i would never use them again. there was damage done but apparently the onus was on me to prove it. the reception staff were incredibly rude when i advised a week in advance i would need to change my move date due to unavoidable delays. my workplace has even removed them off our procurement system so no one else has to deal with their rude, unprofessional conduct. there are so many other companies that now offer the same pack/unpack and move service as them that they need to lift their game, and also give their staff some customer service and communication training.

    The guys doing the move were very good - friendly and careful with our stuff. Unfortunately, the financial side of things was pretty sleazy, which seems to be par for the course in this industry. We couldn't move into our new house until 2.30pm, which we explained when we booked the service. The guys turned up far too early in the morning, and were finished hours before the furniture could be off loaded into the new place - hours we paid for. We were also hit with a $160 'back to depot' charge, which was never mentioned in any of the three conversations we had with them over the phone before the job was booked. Overall, this removalist ended up costing us hundreds of dollars more than the two quotes we got from highly reputable companies that charge for the amount, not the hour. Don't be fooled by what looks like a reasonable price. This compnay is expensive.

    Had an awful experience with this company.We had to shift our dates( gave them 6 weeks notice) as our new home was incomplete. The management was not only rude and disrespectful but acted completely unprofessionally.In a service driven industry, I doubt that this company will be able to sustain a good reputation if they continue to treat their customers so poorly.Try anyone else but them .
