Siggi's Champagne and Wine bar at Brisbane's Stamford Plaza has an elegant 19th century atmosphere, complete with chandeliers and classic furnishings. The bar has a world-class wine, champagne and cocktail list, and Mediterranean style tapas is available to nibble on. If you prefer a more formal dinner, there is an a-la carte and degustation menu on offer and you're sure to be pleased with the high quality food and service. The tea room is also open daily.

    Fancy Brisbane restaurant which has a good reputation in the town. The meals are minute compared to the prices you'll pay. We were given complimentary appetizers, chocolates, and palette-cleansing food between each meal. Great service.

    Possibly the last of the fine dining restaurants in town, Siggi’s offers the complete five-star experience. Housed in a 19th-century building, with a grand mahogany staircase, arched windows and chandeliers, the restaurant is more than a special occasion spot. Alongside an accomplished a la carte menu, chef Cameron Matthews delivers tempting degustations inspired by the Mediterranean. A must-order at Siggi’s is the crepes suzette for two: prepared at your table, the crepes are infused with citrus flavours and served with vanilla bean ice cream. As you would expect, the service is impeccable, with affable Frenchman Philippe Beylot keeping a keen eye on proceedings.
