    I have never had a problem with the Silver Service taxi network. The cabs have always been clean & looked after. The drivers are always we dressex in professional uniforms & have their taxi cards visible. My only gripe is with the surcharge to use Eftpos which every taxi company imposes.

    DO NOT use this taxi company; I was completely extorted by Silver Service last week. I booked a taxi on my way back to the office from a client meeting and was charged a $10 booking fee! I disputed this ridiculous charge and the driver became quite intimidating insisting I pay the fee as it is company policy. Angrily, I emailed Silver Service to enquire about this fee and was told there is no such thing in Sydney as a $10 booking fee.

    THE WORST TAXIS OUT THERE!!! They are always late ( Thats if they turn up in the first place ) They're rude The Customer service are uncaring and unwilling to help should your driver have not shown up.I will never use them again as I think 5 missed meetings in 6 weeks is enough!

    Reconsider using this service if you need a taxi that will turn up and don't mind taking your chances on that. The company is also disadvantaged by sometimes having a rude, unhelpful phone staff.

    I have used these guys for a number of years now. They are usually very reliable, and unless unavailable, will provide you with a nice up-market cab to travel in. Drivers are also usually polite and helpful. Good service.

    the cabs maybe nice and the drivers better than usual but their booking service is still just as poor as all the others. Twice this week I booked with them and had to call back multiple times as if the booking is not picked up they don't bother to tell you that they are not sending a cab. In the end (an hour later after 6 calls to follow up) they send you a normal cab anyway. Why can't they at least publish the state of the booking on the their online system?

    Since using these guys I have become a cab snob. I will simply not get in another cab. They are always clean, have air conditioning that is actually on - and, low and behold the cab drivers know where they are going and you do not need to play navigator to get to your next appointment.
    Beware that the booking office may send you a standard cab if all of theirs are busy.
