I have had 2 cars from this business and get them serviced every 6 months. Since I do not do many klms they always offer an intermediate service which of course is half the cost of the service due as per the log book. It is always offered without me having to ask. Any problems I have had with the vehicle I can call and get it looked at straight away. They offer a shuttle service around Penrith. The staff turnaround seems minimal so you get the same people to look after you and your vehicle. I once blew out the drivers side lights when hooking up a trailer - they fixed it for me on the spot with no charge and then took the time to show me how to fix it if it happened again. A couple of things have required repair under warranty and they will contact me about them or will fix them when the service is done.
