Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts (SPMA) provides world-class instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Thai kickboxing and mixed martial arts by accredited and experienced instructors. 

SPMA teaches classes for adults and kids in a fun and safe environment. Private lessons are available.

    I do yoga there and I love it. The teachers are great. I haven't done the martial arts but I hear the instructors are excellent from those who have. The mats are a bit smelly but I suppose thats par for the course for a gym.
