I found this salon thru True Local. My initial phone contact with Sisters was very professional, my phone call was answered promptly and my questions answered with enthusiasm. On my arrival at the salon I was greeted with smiles and taken thru straight away. It is a scary thing taking on a new hairdresser but my fears went away quickly as Andrea listened and talked thru what I wanted. The massage at the basin is to die for and the service was amazing. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything and they make an awesome cappuccino. I had a full head of foils and a style cut, there has never been some many foils on my head in my life! and the combination of colours Andrea chose for me everyone has loved. While I was there all the clients that come and went were all treated with happy faces and a very high professional attitude, nothing seemed to be to much trouble for any of the girls and I would highly recommend them which I don't do often. Thank you Sisters Hairdressing and I can't wait for my next visit :)

First time I went to Sisters I had a wonderful experience and my hair was trimmed beautifully and styled very nicely but I would not go back there. The next time I visited, one of the junior assistants did not know how to blow dry hair properly. Within minutes of leaving the premises my hair looked like it had just been dried by the wind (note is was not windy or humid outdoors that day so I can only assume my hair was not throughly dried properly and the roots). I would expect it to last rather at least a good few hours let alone 5 minutes... Not impressed.

  Did you let the owner or manager know you weren't happy so they could fix your concerns?
  We pride ourselves on being approachable and we would have quite happily re-blow dried your hair or refunded if you had given us the opportunity to. Our haircuts include a complementary dry off which our junior stylists will do on occasion but our blow dry's are done by our senior stylist as they are charged for. If you were charged for a blow dry and would like to contact us we would more than happily refund for you.

Well where do i begin. I have also been going to sisters now for many years. Whether it is for the quick trim, regular colouring, much needed change or formal styling, Sisters is alwasys the right place for the job. I have had the pleasure of all the ladies looking after my etremely unruly mop as they know very well. I would always recommend Sisters for mananging any hair type for any occasion. As someone with very thick hair, i find the girls have no trouble solving even the biggest bad hair days.

I've been going to Sisters for many years now and I've always been 100% very happy.. The lovely Chloe looks after my hair beautifully she is talented and adorable!! All the girls are lovely, great at what they do, and a pleasure to spend a few hours with..I would happily recommend them to anyone wanting a professional, caring hair salon..

Where would my hair be without sisters!!! Love that place so much, have been going there for many years now and will keep going there till the day i die ;-) Friendly and realxing salon where you can just chill out while having your hair beautified. The head massages are AWESOME TOO!!! to the the point off going to sleep..aahhh zz.zz..zzz Chloe does my hair and i love her to bits, always does exactly what i want and LISTENS to me. But all the girls are awesome

Words could not express how much I love the team at Sisters. Although I havent been in for a while if I had the time I would spend all day there getting pampered. The skills of the salon owner are second to none, I have never left there not 100% happy with the work and the service I have receivedOhhh and the head massages at the basin are the best!

I have been going to Sisters for years and the staff are helpful, pleasant, remember my name, and qualified staff are the only ones who have ever attended to me .

have been going to sisters for years, wouldn't go any where else. the staff are fantastic,helpful and friendly. now they have moved up the the road, the salon has a new look and it's more personal. just love it.

This hairdressing salon has operated in the same space for many years. The staff are competent and capable, but make sure that any new apprentices are well supervised. In the past they have been given tasks which are beyond their talents and training.

  This salon prides itself with always having qualified senior stylists on the floor and apprentices are not allowed to attend clients until they are qualified in their field.
  Apologies if you found otherwise and letting management know at the time if there was a problem would have been greatly appreciated.
