    Thank you guys, what an experience! Had a girls day and we can't say how much we enjoyed our experience at Skin Therapeia. Everyone was so friendly and catered to our every need. We had facials, manicures and pedicures and they are by far the best any of us have experienced in Sydney. I would recommend this Day spa to everyone and anyone. I went as far as purchasing 3 gift vouchers for our friends who couldn't make it! we will definitely be back again!!!!!

    I have been to many upscale spas in search of the perfect facial and I have finally found it. Skin Therapeia is impeccably clean and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My Microdermabrasion facial treatments are always great they have made my skin look healthy, smooth and have drastically reduced the appearance of acne scars. I have now been a client for over 3 years. This place is heaven on EARTH !!! Kat xx

    I got given a gift voucher and came in for a facial/massage combination it was AMAZING. The staff are really friendly, everything is clean and beautiful. I purchased a gift voucher for my friend too. Highly recommend this place :)

    Rude staff. Personally, i will never go back to this salon. Staff will basically make you buy products before you leave. They are not willing to let you try samples either. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

    I herd good things about skin therapeia. I went in there to discuss a few appointments and products, one of the staff was lovely. The rest were rude. I decided to get a Payot facial, i was incredibly disappointed, I've had Payot facials all over the world, and this was the worst. The therapist was lovely, but the premises was cold and uninviting. I have since called up to ask questions, and was palmed off by a rude receptionist.

    For what they charge, you would expect much more. I will never ever go to Skin Therapeia again, and will never recommend this place to anyone.

    Hi, received a gift voucher, enjoyed the treatment, friendly therapists. But they are so unfriendly, rude, it looks like they are not interested in new clients at all. Not following up on a genuine question, informing you they will call you, didn't happen. And if you enquire they tell you they would have rang you if they would have honoured your request, wish you all the best and hang up. How am I to know that they aren not going to ring me if they say they will. Lucky I didn't get a change to book my next treatment at Skin Therapeia. Something isn't right there...

    Hi, I also recieved a Gift Voucher for a Treatment at Skin Therapeia. Unfortunately I was not able to use it due to health problems and called to see if I could have it extended so I could have the treatment after my operation.
    The girls were all very helpful and I have recommended this spa to as many people as I can! It was worth the travel and the treatment was very beneficial to my condition and I just felt like a woman again!
    To the recent review - don't be ungratetful - I have had many gift vouchers given to me in the past and have not been able to use them - at least they extended and let you use it, and you still complain? Some people just love to complain!

      I was disappointed with the quality of service. It looks impressive on the website-but it is a totally different experience going into the premises. It was not warm or inviting.

    The one star that I will give to this "organisation" is for the therapist I had.. she was wonderful.
    Number 1 Advice- DO NOT PURCHSE A GIFT CERTIFICATE from here.. It is only for 3 months.. and granted you are able to extend for another 3 months, but no saturday bookings or amendments are allowed.. if you can not make it to an appointment, (even with notice given) you will forfeit your voucher. I gave them a call since I thought I was going to be late (stuck in car park in the city) and I was told that "You should have thought about going to the city if you were coming here for a 615pm appointment." If i didnt make it, I would have been charged.
    For me, I understand why rules and procedures are placed, as this protects the business. Fair enough. But the lack of TACT and consideration makes me wonder about this business. Never was I offered a shorter service, but straight away was told I'd still need to pay for it.

    Service (not the therapist) - FAIL.

      We have a great reputation for honoring Gift Vouchers. Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months, because we want you to use your gift for all the good intentions in which it was given. We do extend and honor expired Gift Vouchers and take each case by case.

      You in fact had an expired Gift Voucher honored for this treatment. You called 15 minutes prior to your treatment to cancel as you were stuck in traffic and you were told that you would be charged.

      Dear Tellall, We have an impressive record and reputation on honouring Gift Vouchers and Gift Voucher redemptions. You are not charged a fee and the value was not reduced in any way. There is a 3 month expiry date because we want you to use your Gift Voucher with the good-will in which it was given. It is clearly written on the Gift Voucher and on all of our literature; Treatment Menu and Website. 3 month validity is common practice in the Spa Industry. YOUR VOUCHER WAS EXTENDED A FURTHER 3 MONTHS! You called 15 mins prior to your treatment that day to cancel as you were "stuck in traffic". When told the Voucher would be redeemed if you did not show "you were angry. You did show for your treatment "YES YOU DID HAVE A FANTASTIC TREATMENT. Blaming our "organisation" for your lack of reverence towards the person who gave you the voucher, a business, the therapist and the client that was booked in after you is just amazing!

      Yes you extended my gift voucher, with no trouble may I add, which i mentioned and did not hide, but lets extend the truth. You say 15 minutes, I called you at 5.35pm for a 6.15pm appt as I was stuck in a car park in the city. Yes it is less than 45 minutes but here is where I get annoyed. Instead of empathising with my situation and offering a shorter treatment, you tell me that i should have considered going to the city prior to my meeting, and this will come off the certificate.
      Again, read my comments, it has nothing to do with honouring gift vouchers, its the way you handle them.

      I agree - I had a gift certificate and had a similar expereince. Can extend but for some reason, "company policy" I am told, you cannot use on a Saturday.

    I love this Day Spa!
    Every therapist is experienced and knowledgeable in everything skin and health, now that is amazing!
    Now I have had several facials and body treatments here and every time it has been wonderful. I have purchased several Gift Vouchers for dear freinds and family and they rave about it all the time.

    Hi There, every time I have been to your fantastic Day Spa I have recieved the best treatments and service there is - all the Therapists are great, no matter who you get. They are all experienced and knowledgable - they know their stuff!
    Now I have also been to a lot of places and this is by far the best I have experience I have EVER had! I have had so many problems with my skin - the advice and care has now given me so much confidence.
