Appalling service. Staff was so rude and confrontational I left. We had been there once before because of it's proximity to home and the service was very slow. Second visit I thought the staff was going to launch herself over the counter at me when I queried what she was going to charge me as opposed to what was on the board. Would never go back and would not advise anyone I know to bother. -

Best fish chips in Melbourne. Crispy and lightly battered fish, nice chips and potato cakes, delicious burgers. Good and fast service. I would come here all the time if I lived locally. Nothing beats it. -

Compared to their competitors in Glenferrie Road they don't even come close. They are more expensive, smaller portions and poor quality. I thought we'd give them a go as Aqua was closed for X-mas break, but I won't be going back to Skippers. Open Aqua! Quick! -

Skippers are the tastiest Fish N Chips I have found in the area. They are non greasy, yet full of flavour, their salads are greatly complimentary to their cooked menu and the service is friendly and personal.
