A highly motivated self starter primary in the building trade specializing in domestic renovations additions and home improvements. 

In 1996 I established SKR services directing my talents towards operable walls, bi fold doors, aluminum and timber windows and doors in both domestic and commercial projects. 

This covered an even distribution of carpentry and trade skills to provide a high quality finish including structural support and alterations, setting, flooring, ceilings, bulkheads, skirting and architraves, painting and draining. 

Many projects sub contracted to large and small building companies have been coordinated successfully providing quality workmanship within scheduled timeframes. On smaller projects these were managed by myself, providing successful outcomes. 

Over the past two years focus has moved to commercial and domestic building maintenance and repairs, Aluminium and timber windows, doors and bifold door supply and installation, maintenance and repairs.
