Upon weighing up my Options on the weekend to purchase a new bed hubby & i decided to check out the beds in Sleep City. From the minute we walked in "george" was asking if we needed any help & tild us where he would be if we needed help. We were left to our devices to look around without being suffocated by salespeople, but knowinf they were there if needed. All the beds were of high quality & althoufh the prices were high the products were high quality & seemed like a good investment - since u spend half ur life in bed i figured spending a little more was necessary for comfort.4 months ago via TrueLocal for iPhone

I made the mistake by purchasing a bed from this store. The store themselves were ok but Sleep City as a business were hopeless. They delivered the wrong product then took it away to repair and never got back to me. I bought it in Nov 07 and still waiting for it to be fixed. They refuse to refund me or return my calls. The worst service EVER!!!
