Swimming Pool Safety Inspections in the Northern Suburbs.

New Swimming Pool Laws in QLD are in place.  

When selling or buying a house with a pool you will need a Pool Safety Certificate.  

When leasing your home with a pool you will need a Safety Certificate before signing the new lease. These are the new laws.  
If you own a hotel, motel, hostel or other type of temporary accommodation, with a pool, you will need to have your pool Safety Certificate before the end of 31 May 2011.

All pools will need to be registered on the Governments Pool Register before the 4th May 2011. see www.qld.gov.au/poolsafety

We are your local licensed Pool Safety Inspectors.  We offer an honest, friendly, efficient service.  We will inspect the pool fencing and if you have any areas where it needs to be removed, repaired or changed we will advise you on what needs to be done  - with out a charge!  When it is fixed we will re-visit - without a charge- and if comply,  issue you with a Safety Certificate which will be valid for 2 years if it is a non-shared pool, or for 1 year if it is a shared pool.
