My partner was getting her hair straightened chemically like she always does, at the end they tell her the price is $200 this would be fine if it wasn't $120 every other time she had gotten it done!! she felt obligated to pay and felt miserable for the whole day! when I called up to question them they said if she have have spoken up they would have dropped the price??? grow up people.
the staff member i spoke to was extreamly rude and accused me of being rude! haven't you heard that the customer is always right? and your dame right I'm being rude when a price goes up $80 for a hair treatment!
We won't be back as Fusion Hair in Liverpool still offers the same treatment for the old price! yay.
should have read reviews before I went there!! I will be contacting the department of fair trading! -

I wouldn't send my cat here for a bath. Rude, I always feel sick leaving. They spend the whole time (2.5 hours +) being rude to each other and talking about things that make me want to bathe in dettol. A customer leaves, they all start bagging them out - in front of the customers that are still there!! They are rude, they talk about the most inappropriate things. They are as artificial as the nails they can't stop tapping while you choose your color. If they are reading this, please except my apologies for venturing into your workplace while you were trying not to work. It won't happen again. -

The price is cheap but thats the only thing you will leave that salon feeling happy about. I went in yesterday and asked for a certain colour and ended up leaving with something that didn't even come close to what I asked for. Really dissappointed in my results and won't be going back. Should have listened to the other comments they have received. -

While the price is reasonable, Its a pity the service by some staff isn't. I recently went into to have a colour, foils cut and blow dry (package 2). Asked for a particular staff but was directed to another staff who was very well mannered but I think the staff was an apprentice who should have been supervised but wasn't.The colour was great as I had the colour numbers written down but when a different staff rinsed my hair and put the toner on I was asked by 2 staff if I could put up with it for a few more minutes like they didn't care, they then went and told the staff doing my hair who didn't even bother to come over, I told them no and they relayed this on and it was rinsed off. Even though the staff was told to use cold water they ignored this and did it with hot. When I got home and the straightening wore off I noticed that my fringe was cut way too short and wasn't even straight and that you couldn't even see the foils. I contacted them by email and they didn't seem to care. It just shows if the management doesn't care why should their staff. -

Whilst they are very reasonable with pricing (still paid $31 extra for 'long' hair that isn't even that long). I was attended to by at least 3 different people, at one point was standing with wet hair as they had no seats, and walked out with the driest hair I have EVER had. I did not get a treatment that was supposed to be included in the package I had. The staff that put the toner in my hair was so rough that it bought tears to my eyes. The stylist that attended to my foils and cut was very friendly but rushed it. Will not be going back thats for sure!
