    Avoid colour treatments at this salon - they do not have the expertise or experience of how to deal with your hair if it has been tinted or highlited previously. My hair was supposed to be lightened and ended up much darker than when I went in - I would never ever go back there especially since the manager herself did not care one iota when I complained.

    I went to this salon in July. As I had some regrowth they said I had to do my roots. I asked for an eyebrow wax as well and a tint to be put through my hair after the roots were done. After 3 hours, my hair looked EXACTLY the same except the roots were darker than before and the stripe seemed thicker and made the regrowth look far worse than before. I complained and first they blamed the my hair for grabbing the dye and then offered me to put foils in the top to cover the worst of it. However, they thought it would be best if I tried to go home and wash my hair a few times as some of the dye would likely wash out. I left the salon looking worse than I went in and they forgot about my eyebrows and the tint. The dye hasn't washed out. Next time I will buy a $12 bottle of colour from the supermarket.

    I have had two bad experiences with this company. The first was a poor haircut and colour that didn't even cover my grey roots. I complained and they redid it free of charge. However, the next visit was an even more appalling experience.
    They dyed my daughter's hair dark chocolate brown with a red overtone when she asked for her light brown hair with old foils in it to be light brown all over......she was simply devastated.
    I had to ask for a cup of coffee......and still it was not forthcoming.
    When I got home I noticed my own hair colour had darker roots to the rest of the hair....and what is the point of that......that is why you get a colour.
    When I complained and asked for a refund for my daughter, they refused and said she could fix the colour.......which after two attempts using clarifying shampoo she could not. She literally three a PART refund in cash on my lap and asked us to leave before she even attempted to fix the problem.......we stood our ground but the fix was basically what we expected.
    I never want to experience anything like this again....I pay good money to get my hair done and have never minded paying for good quality service but this place has no concept of the way to handle a complaint, look after a client or provide good quality service.
    AVOID THIS SALOON AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
