    Smart Real Estate has been extremly helpful in finding us the right place to live.     You will not find a better real estate agent on the Gold Coast! I dreaded having to find an agent to manage our investment property after dealing with an endless amount of rude, uncaring, sub-standard Gold Coast agents when renting and buying property. Thankfully I came across Brad at Smart Realty who blew me away, not only with his absolutely EXCEPTIONAL service and quality, but with the added bonus of being significantly CHEAPER than anyone else on the Coast! He came out after hours (on his birthday!!), took unbelievable photos which made our place look better than ever, had it listed the next morning, showed people through that evening, had the application processed by lunchtime the next day and they are moving in in less than a week! You just can't get better than that! I can't recommend Smart Realty more highly, if you want to save money and actually enjoy dealing with your agent then SWITCH TODAY... you won't regret it!
