    Well i must of been one of the lucky ones because my experience with Smarter Bathrooms was GREAT! The build team were fantastic, Nathan was our supervisor and he was very professional and detailed - from start to finish with the bathroom renovation.

    Russell was our designer and he was great through the whole design process.

    I have recommended them to a few friends since having the renovation completed in Feb this year.

    I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Smarter Bathrooms for their great work done on our office kitchen and bathroom. You all showed excellent customer service and the process from start to finish was so easy which was great as there were no interruptions while working. The bathrooms look amazing! I am also so glad I listened to your recommendations for fittings as they look superb. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smarter Bathrooms to anyone for value & service. Thank you to the whole team, greatly appreciated.

    Our recent experience with Smarter Bathrooms was also very disappointing. In fact it totally mirrors the experience of the reviewer below. Unfortunately I read that review and disregarded it before engaging Smarter Bathrooms but now wish I had heeded the warnings. Sloppy building errors were just left instead of meeting the standards of a premium provider: holes and gaps in tiles, gaps in silicon, and other things were simply forgotten even where they were marked on the plans. There is no communication between the building and design people which led to confusion and errors. Project management was sorely lacking as was quality control. The attitude of management in the resolution of problems was inflexible, dismissive and downright unreasonable. I simply could not recommend them.

    Smarter Bathrooms have a good reputation; that's actually one of the main reasons we chose them. We know someone who had used Smarter Bathrooms about 6 months before we started thinking about renovating and we remembered them telling us what a great job they had done.

    The trades people were very professional, but most of all they were clean, they prepared the place very well by putting drop sheets down and cleaning up as they went along. Very good communication too; they were quick to respond with answers and gave us feedback at the end of each day in relation to how much work was left to go and how much they had finished that day.

    We have recommended some of our friend to go and see them. Their workmanship is really good. I've seen finishes on other bathrooms and their finished product is extremely good compared to renovations from other companies.

    Smarter Bathrooms renovated our bathroom and we were very disappointed. We had problems with nearly every aspect of the renovation, all due to human error and a lack of process controls. Despite the problems being obvious to anyone entering the bathroom, we had to repeatedly bring the problems to the attention of the company and then insufficient effort would be made on their part to resolve the issues. All of the company employees we met were pleasant to deal with, however, we the job suffered from poor quality control and project management. When our bathroom was renovated, the company was very busy with other jobs and we felt this contributed to them repeatedly cutting corners and not performing the installation of our bathroom items to a reasonable standard. While the company does win awards and have some glowing reviews on their own website, I can only conclude that these bathrooms were renovated when the company was less busy. We definitely would not recommend this company.

      Dear GeEl, I am very disappointed to read your review. We pride ourselves in our process controls, and have checks and balances in almost every aspect of the renovation. We hold a full product selection meeting, which enables you to work with one of our designers and specify every aspect of your renovation. We bend over backwards to keep our clients happy during the renovation process and have a policy that "nothing is a problem".
      In our customer surveys our records show that over 90% of customers would happily recommend us, and people constantly come to us because: "we have a very good name".
      We have 20 jobs running at any time, and measure the time to completion on each and every job on a weekly basis. Should a job run behind we allocate more labour to bring it back on track.

      In response to the comment by Andrew Crawshaw, I would like to alert other readers to the fact that there are half a dozen or so negative reviews of Smarter Bathrooms which can be found via a quick Google search using the terms: Smarter Bathrooms review

      The fact that other customers of Smarter Bathrooms have written that they experienced similar problems with this company clearly shows that my difficulties were not an isolated case. Despite the company having a team of good bathroom designers and very helpful brochures and information, my experience was that they do not have enough good tradespeople to ensure a quality and hassle-free renovation.

      I suggest potential customers obtain as many quotes as they can for their renovation. Obtain them from businesses that have been personally recommended by family, friends, colleagues and even stores in their area that supply bathroom fittings.

I have just done the search you mention and only find one other review posted that is at all negative on the WOM site. This review is obviously you as well as the words are exactly the same.       Yes, I did post a review on that site. There is another negative review there and two negative comments. When I went to write my review, I also saw a review written on 30th September which I referred to but for some reason it has not been fully posted. This makes 5 negative reviews or comments on this site, including mine.

      You may have difficulty counting negative reviews but I'm sure that potential customers who are diligently checking the reputation of Smarter Bathrooms, before embarking on a costly renovation, would not have any trouble adding up the number of negative reviews and comments.

      In my review I wrote "we had to repeatedly bring the problems to the attention of the company...", that company being Smarter Bathrooms. I don't believe that contacting you now would achieve anything further.
