I couldn't be happier with the service from Kedron Smash Repairs. They repaired the damage on my car quickly and kept me up to date with how it was going and what needed to be done. Having a car accident is always annoying but with how quickly and easily they dealt with my car it was actually not a bother at all! I would definitely recommend them and if I have any other scratches/dents on my car I know where I'll be taking it!

Received my car back from repairs after being rear ended. rear bar was meant to be new but I doubt it because my car has dual exhausts and one of the holes doesn't line up any more and the hole is warped, so this was the BIG complaint...other then that my drivers side door speaker cover was missing and there were a few big scratches on my drivers side tint. (only good thing about them was they matched the paint good. but yeh would never go there again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

  Thank you for you your feedback. I am sorry that you believe that you have had a bad experience with you bumper bar but we are restricted to using only parts that Insurance companies will pay for. If your vehicle is older than 3 years it is likely that your insurer has instructed us to either repair or replace it with a second hand one. Your complaint implied that we promised a new bar and replaced it with a second hand one, I assure you that we can only replace with new if instructed by an Insurance company. We would like nothing better than to put new parts on every vehicle but unfortunately with the competitiveness of the insurance industry this is not possible.
  
  It also sounds like you have a bumper that is not a genuine part, or something after-marked added to the vehicle. If this is the case it is very difficult to fit a non-genuine part sometimes to a vehicle. If the part was a genuine product I'm sure you would not have this problem. My mates car has NEVER been this clean and he is a clean freak. He got a "bronze" detail package. Also the car bumper was good as new and finished in less time and less $$$ than originally priced
