    I have NEVER been in tears at a hairdressers before!
    This the staff are uncaring and unprofessional.
    If you don't like your job, leave it but don't go in anything that involves communicating or caring peoples needs or hygiene I could go on about the uncleanliness but what got me was the blatant lies of the 'staff', I have never entered such a place before, I read reviews which stated the place wasn't that great and only went as I was looking for a new hairdresser and given the voucher as a gift ' $49 for $350 value',needless to say they treated me like nobody.
    Upon sitting the sheet put over me was covered in someone elses hair which stuck into my new black pants.
    Waiting an hour, they mixed the solution and upon presenting my voucher the manager i believe was crestfallen and stated that he wouldnt have mixed so much mixture as it's worth too much

    I did confirm with an english sounding staff on the phone about my appt and when he was asked by the manager he denied knowledge of knowing I had a spreets voucher! Then said he DID know but thought I was going to pay full price the 1st time (which didnt make sense)
    I was so embaressed as this staff was loud and I felt silly so to my embaressment tears welled in my eyes in which he then promptly flounced away.
    2 hours I sat in an uncomfortable basin weeping. The manager was nicer to me but it was all unnatural, I was told the ppl with vouchers get 'different' service', I take it different products, i told him I confirmed it but as the manager is friends with the staff (they were going out that night) I wasnt taken seriously and told it was 'company policy' that vouchers dont get the same treatment. I promptly replied I do not work there to know company policy, the staff who made the appt and said something else should know better.
    Now I did not get my value which was meant to be a cut, treatment, colour, toner AND blow wave. Just a semi permanent OPPOSITE to what I wanted (OF COURSE) and a dry off.

    I am still shaking as I ended up at my event looking like a drowned rat with disgusting hair.
    Please take your money elsewhere, they don't care hence why attempting to get more customers in the 1st place. Their website doesnt even work. I can't believe they made me cry ! I will never forget this and will tell everyone about this terrible, unforgettable experience.
