Smile Concepts for Small Business Award & Dental Excellence, is my recommendation for their outstanding latest innovations in dental technology, plus the meticulous & caring attention for all their patients needs.
Smile Concepts have my permission to give my mobile number or email address to any potential new patient, who would like to discuss in confidence, my experience as a past and present patient, to which I would put them at ease.
The complex & intricate dental procedures I had, was pain free & skilfully carried out by Surgeon Dr Manish Shah with the greatest of ease, together his Award Winning Patient skills.
History :
After having my children 35yrs ago, my teeth started to break down, as pain & complications set in. Dentists could not pinpoint the pain area, even after many x-rays & examinations.
I then had ongoing / unexplained pain & on the highest pain killers, & I was constantly collapsing in absolute agony. I was rushed to hospital by ambulances so many times for extra pain relief. I finally walked in un-announced one morning to my then dentist, and begged to take out 2 teeth I had been complaining for 2yrs. Dentist initially refused as he said they were fine, but then he took out 2 main teeth as my demand. He then apologised and said sorry but you actually did had an abscess and a leaking fillings. (Thank you Mr Dentist)
Next day after the extractions, I was then in excruciating pain with 2 dry Sockets (labour pain was nothing compared to this pain). Loosing these main teeth, then caused my mouth bite to change, resulting in terrible migraines over yrs. I then had to have an expensive partial plate made to correct the balance.
Welcome to Doctor Manish Shah in 2007, who professionally and pain stakingly, corrected past terrible dental errors by others.
When I first met Dr Shah and his wonderful staff, my apprehension fear of dentistry was "instantly put aside" and was no more, once I walked through their door. There was no sales pressure and Dr Shah took the extra time to show & explain professionally how he could assist, but left it to me to get back to him in my own time, which I did.
Thanks to Dr Shan, I had pain free complex dentistry for Fillings, Gum Surgery, high quality Crowns, lovely Bridge-work, a now a new Professional metal partial plate and will have more work in the future.
As at 5 weeks ago, I had a complex extraction with broken roots, underneath a 34yr old worn Crown tooth.
What a brilliant Dental Surgeon Dr Shan is ! - Could not believe I had no hemorrhaging, no dry sockets, no post pain so no post pain-killers needed, and surgery healed 100%. (my mouth was little swollen for a couple of days, but that was nothing)
For a busy Professional Dental Doctor to personally call a patient on his day off, and to offer me his and his staffs mobile 24/7 for any post pain problems speaks for itself, for the Professional dedication Smile Concepts Surgery offers to their patients.
I regret putting up with pain for so many years and not finding Dr Shan of Smile Concepts sooner, but that is in the past, as Dr Shan has now changed my life, as I believe being Pain free with a Smile is worth a Million dollars.

I recently underwent gum re-contouring surgery at Smile Concepts and I am extremely happy with the results. The gum surgery was quick and largely pain free and my recovery was very speedy. I continue to attend the surgery for my general dental needs and have always found Dr Shah and his staff to be very professional, friendly and helpful. Based on my experiences to date I can confidently recommend Smile concepts. -

I went for a cosmetic visit at smile concepts after a friend had referred me ( i had gone to 2 other dentists before) The place felt warm and the staff were very polite and friendly. Dr Kinnar went through all the possibilities to improve my smile. He showed me a few options which i could choose from. The best thing was that the dr didnt push me to do any treatment but merely explanied and showed me various possibilities to improve my smile. Although the information was a lot, i thoroughly felt and understood what cosmetic options i had with my teeth. Dr Kinnar showed me his own cases which i felt the other dentists didint do. To me that was a big deal as i would like to know the experience of a cosmetic dentist. I am grateful for my friends referral to this dentist. I have decided to go with invisalign to get my teeth straight and then veneers to improve the look. I wish i had taken more care of my teeth before, but havent lost hope in getting the smile i want. I am very satisfied with my experience so far. Thank you smile concept and thanks to dr Kinnar Shah and his staff. See you all too often from now :) Will keep this space updated with my progress. -

I discovered Smile Concepts when I was looking for a dentist who would provide sedation for my traumatised grand daughter who required urgent dental care. I found Manish Shah on line and his treatment of her was remarkable. She went through the process with no pain and every care was taken for her emotional welfare. It was also discovered that she had an extensive under bite and has since had a brace made that has successfully adjusted her bite to normal. At the same time, Manish casually said to me, "You have a problem with your jaw". Nothing could have been more accurate. At that time I was living on a steady diet of painkillers. I have since had two braces made, one for day and one for night, and I have been without any pain. I am now not eating painkillers to a dangerous level. I am assured that my jaw will mend after a few months of this treatment and have absolute confidence in Manish and his staff in my grand daughter's and my dental health -

I recently had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted at Smile Concepts. I was very pleased with the level of service and quality of the procedure. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and put me at ease at the thought of this harrowing procedure. Both Dr Bahl (surgeon) and Dr Turnbull (Anaesthesiologist) were very proessional and i appreciated how they explained everything beforehand. I even received a phone call from Dr Bahl the very next day (on a Sunday) checking how i was doing, which was really nice. -

After realising i needed a lot of dental work done ASAP, i began looking for a good dentist, and one that would take my fears seriously.
I was pretty nervous on my first appointment, and was very surprised to find that most of that time was taken discussing my bad experiences as a child and where all my fears had come from; in fact it was more like visiting a dental shrink!
The first sessions were so accommodating and all about making me feel comfortable with what was going to happen. By the time the work began i felt extremely at ease; something i have not felt visiting the dentist, since forever!
I am so happy with the new level of confidence that the work has given me, and as long as i keep visiting the same dentist i am certain i will not be revisited by all the fears and nervousness that used to go hand in hand with visiting the dentist.
The staff are ultra happy and friendly, just an excuse to smile and show you their perfect teeth i guess! Thumbs well and truly up!

I have always disliked dentists and have needed a few major dental procedures in the last couple of years. One such procedure was a dental implant (screw into my lower jaw) which I had about a month ago. I was REALLY anxious about it. Smile Concepts they were great answering all my questions in the days leading up to the implant, and on the day of the procedure Dr Manish Shah was fantastic. Once my jaw was numb he was so quick and made sure that I was OK. After the procedure (over the next couple of days) I needed minimal pain medication and within 3 days the stitch was gone and within a week the gum had healed. I still don't like going to the dentist but I trust Dr Manish Shah and am really happy with the service I receive at Smile Concepts. Thanks team.
