Where to start! Smile Concepts is the best dental practice I have ever been to. I decided to have some cosmetic work done before my wedding to my front teeth. I went and had three other consultations at other dental practices before going to Smile Concepts. Once place told me that if they tried to fix my problem I might look funny!!!
After reading all the fantastic reviews on this website I decided to go and have a consultation with Smile Concepts. The minute I walked into the place it felt so different and positive to any of the other places I had been. Sylvia, India and Aylin on the reception desk are so wonderful and extremely professional. They are some of the loveliest ladies I have ever met and are so helpful.
There was no wait at all until I was introduced to Dr Kinnar Shah. What an amazing dentist and man!! The patience, warmth and care he gave me was unbelievable. He took the time to listen to my concerns first about my teeth and what I would like done before he even looked in my mouth. As soon as he had taken a look he had an answer straight away on what we could do to the fix the problem. It would involve five crowns and one bridge. The confidence he provided me had me booking in for the procedure as soon as I left the practice. Dr Kinnar was also straight up about what the cost would entail.
During the process of getting my new teeth I developed an unrelated pain in the back of my mouth. I needed a root canal on my back molar! I was in quite a bit of pain from the infection. Dr Kinnar booked me in straight away to fix the problem. I had been a little scared of getting a root canal from what I had heard in the past. The whole process was pain free. Dr Kinnar is wonderful in making sure I was comfortable and pain free before any of the procedure started. If I indicated that I could feel anything he stopped straight away and gave me another injection.
During the six weeks of getting my new teeth and root canal done I received patient care that I didnt even realised existed. Sylvia and India rang the next day after every appointment to see how I was feeling (I attended the practice on more then 7 occasions). More to my amazement Dr Kinnar provided his personal number for me to call to provide him with updates on how I was feeling or if I was in any pain. On more then a few occasions he called on his days off to see how my pain was and how I was feeling.
Now to my new teeth..words can not describe how happy I am with them and what an amazing job Dr Kinnar has done. They are so natural and perfect. After hating my smile for so many years I could not be happier! Also a big thanks to the dental nurses Tess, Menia and Gayana who are also lovely. The whole process of having my temporary crowns and permanent crowns fitted was also pain free.
I will be recommending family and friends to see Dr Kinnar. I will never go to another dental practice again.
Once again thank you so much Dr Kinnar!! Absolutely love my new smile.

Going to the dentist is no longer a dreading experience. This dentist is always on time. The cost to see him is competitive with other dentists considering he has all the latest equipment. Located right near Town Hall Station you couldn't ask for an easier location. Very friendly, very caring, very professional. And the dental work is amazing. Manish Shah is definitely a leader in his field. -

Very professional service, extremely informative, reliable and quick. Staff made me feel comfortable all along, they even had a TV on the roof to keep you occupied while getting treatment! I am about to finish my invisaline correction which took a year and a half and visits to Smile Concepts every 2-3 months. First of all I am absolutely OVER THE MOON with the results! Dr Kinnar and the team were absolutely the best!! They explained everything so I knew what was coming and there were no hidden fees. The Dr and the lovelly dental nurses always made sure that all the procedures were as painless as possible! My teeth were gradually wearing down, cracking and discolouring, and had aged my apprearance, so I had a free consultation at Smile Concepts, which I was one of the best things I have done.

Went to smile concepts a couple of weeks ago. I am a bit nervous when it come to dental check ups as I am a big fan of food that are bad for your teeth. The staff were the best and the friendliest that you will ever find. I watched big bang theory as I got my teeth cleaned and polished. After cleanup doctor examined my teeth health and pointed out the vital issues and mistakes that I was habituated to which were damaging my teeth. The experience was great, having my teeth cleaned is fun now. -

Purely Outstanding!
A well determined team of true professionals. I had a busy schedule 2 weeks back and usually around this time of the year, I get my teeth polished :-). Dont remember the name of the girl who booked me in, but she wasnt just courteous, but also made sure my time was respected. Dr. quickly took me in where in the treatment was started within no time. Dr was very much thoughtful of the sensitivity while cleaning. At the same time she made me understand how do I maintain a healthy tooth/teeth. Dr. looked at my x-rays and advised me of what needed to be taken care of in future.

I went to Smile Concepts about an year ago ,regarding chipped front tooth . I was worried that one veneer would look odd, Doctor was very patient with me and went thought all different options and then it was up to me which way I wanted to go . Few moths down the track and I had amazing smile make -over and I am very happy with it :) ! The staff and nurses were cute girls that kept me entertained ,and i wasn't nervous at all. Later ,I convinced my partner to do an implant as front tooth replacement. Although,he is very nervous ,he didn't need sleep dentistry (which can be provided here ,too ) ,he felt as comfortable as I did ,and everything went really well. He was only sore for one day ,and everything healed in record time. He is ready now for the implant crown ,I can't wait to see how good he'll look :) Thank you guys ,you are great professional team with an amazing knowledge,and I will be telling everyone about you ! -

I booked an appointment with smile concepts for a wisdom tooth extraction to be done. Im normally very nervous around dentists but the surgeon, Dr Bahl, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. On the day of my surgery, the staff took care of me very well, which minimised my anxiousness. The whole procedure was totally pain less apart from the initial mild prick of the syringe, which lasted like 1-2 seconds. Also, what impressed me most, was that Dr Bahl walked me thru the whole surgery, explaining every step as he went along. I didnt feel a thing throughout and was kept highly entertained (thanks guys!) couldnt believe I got my tooth out. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is nervous and anxious like me.

Best dental experience ever! The staff are very friendly and Dr Manish is great. I didn't feel the injections at all and I have a great smile now too :) I have been to many dentists before but Dr Manish is the best one I've had by far and I definitely won't go anywhere else now. He's also up to date with all the latest dental and medical practice and gives very holistic care. The practice is equipt with only the newest equipment and technology. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. -

I have to say I'm extremely disgusted and disappointed by the lack of customer service provided by this business after I logged a complaint regarding the unprofessional manner of a dental nurse. I will say, the initial dental service provided was great and relatively painless, and pricing was competitive. However, during my appointment and prior to treatment, a dental nurse made an unnecessary comment to me, which I found upsetting and, above all, extremely offensive and unprofessional. After reporting the incident, along with an administrative error which resulted in overcharging, I am really disappointed in the response I received from the dentist. Though he assured me "that necessary steps have been taken", I wonder whether my complaint was really taken seriously and whether this correspondence was merely a generic response.-

Serious steps were taken to counsel the particular staff. We even emailed you that the necessary steps were taken.
I hope this response would further prove that we do take things seriously in our practice and make sure our customers get the best service in the industry. As you have mentioned the dental service you received was great and painless and were it not for the incident it would have been a great service provided. We would love to have you have back in our practice.

I came to Smile Concepts for work placement and my first impression was how sweet and welcoming the staffs were, you receive a warm, instant attention and greeting as you step foot into the practice, also the practice is really spacious and modern-looking but it doesnt stop there, they have a tv installed in the ceiling for entertaining you while you get checked up which i found pretty cool.
Besides, the great atmosphere and amazing interior, the work they do is very well organised and there is no doubt that you will have your appointment on the set time they give you, which I found really impressive and convenient for their patients. All staffs are hard working, fun, extremely nice and down to earth especially the lady at the front desk (Sylvia), she has a wonderful personality and is extremely sweet and helpful person.
And Dr. Kinnar is an amazing Doctor who gives great advice and he is very understanding to all his patients and makes sure they feel comfortable before he starts whatever is needed to be done.
Overall, I had a lovely time during my time at work placement and I would recommend checking Smile Concepts out.

My journey with Smile Concepts has been one that I will truly never forget.
From the first moment I entered the Sydney clinic , I have felt like a very special and valued person. This was more than cosmetic enhancement to me. From a very young age my parents had spent thousands of dollars on my teeth to try to correct the problems I had. All this had still resulted in me still feeling very conscious and intimidated by my own smile. I thought I was destined for a life of really not wanting to smile and reveal my teeth to anyone. When I met my fianc and we were planning our wedding, I was quite upset at the thought of spending all the money on photos of our special day, as my smile always revealed the problem with my teeth. That was when I made the choice to go to Smile Concepts. Dr Manish and his team assured me that I could have the smile I had wanted all my life. With the added situation of being a professional musician I had to be careful of any dental work meaning that I would no longer be able to play music at the standard I needed to.
The team at Smile concepts carefully listened to all my concerns, my hopes and also my story and made all my dreams come true. I now have a beautiful smile, I feel amazing everytime I look into a mirror and see my smile. When I smile at someone and I know they are looking at my teeth, I am proud and no longer ashamed or embarrassed by my smile.
I would encourage anyone, who like I was, is self conscious and embarrassed by their smile revealing unattractive teeth, to go to Smile Concepts. The entire team will treat you with respect, value your feelings and story and change your life!!! I cant wait for my wedding day and those photos.
