GREAT EXPERIENCE! The dentist is very thorough, he and his very caring assistant explained everything so I understood what was happening and explained all my options and let me decide what is best for me. Very Impressed! first dentist visit in over 10years and it is nothing like I remember it! Very professional friendly staff, delicious coffee while I waited, extremely thorough check up and clean (they showed me photos of my teeth so I could see what they were talking about!), ALL of the different options were explained in detail and the exact cost of each option so I could make the right decision for me.
I have since brought my two young children in for check ups and cleans and they were both so excited after. Everything was explained to them so they understood exactly what was happening, which helped calm their nerves and the goody bags with the spiderman and barbie toothbrushes helped to!
All in all a fantastic experience, already booked in for 6 months time for our next check up and clean! -

I thought wisdom teeth extractions were gonna hurt like hell! but Dr Chang put me at ease with his 14yrs of experience and gentlre nature, i didn't feel a thing! Also my teeth have never felt so clean in my life, the hygienist is very thorough and explains everything before he begins! very lovely assistants too :) Everyone is very caring and i had such an experience i would recommend this practice to all my mates and family -

Thank you to Dr Chang, Alan and the entire team! Both of our daughters have been in for treatment over the last few weeks and we are extremely happy with your fantastic service! From the first phone call to make an appointment, right through all the treatment and keeping the girls calm and explaining everything so they knew exactly what was happening. The phone call the next day to see how the girls were was a lovely touch. Rebecca is especially excited to hear that the Oral Health Lady will be going to her school to talk to all of the children, not just caring for the patient in the chair but the whole community. You are all fantastic, thank you.
