I am a new patient at Dr. Sacco's office. I am very pleased with Dr.Sacco and her staff. She was very polite and I felt very comfortable with her staff. Her assistant Farhat was great. She did a fine job. I was very nervous and Dr, Sacco was able to make me feel very calm. She is compassionate and understanding. She is very dedicated to her job and I am so grateful to her for helping me. Great staff!

Don't even try it. I have been back to Smiles at Waterloo twice now with my partner. We both work in the city so to go all the way to Waterloo was a $20 taxi drive each way - out of our way. We original bought a deal voucher to get our teethes cleaned and polished. We were met with really lovely medical staff. They were gentle and professional. Needless to say the reason why we returned was because of their service. They even made us laugh or two even with instruments in our mouths which was quite hard to do!. My partner had to get a filling in his molars and booking our second visit couple months later, we were met with another staff. I have worked in the health industry for many years and recruit medical staff of all levels. Having done reference checks for them you know what kind of quality you expect from a health care professional. I have to say the other medical staff were NOT friendly or professional at all. They rushed through the whole treatment (my partner had a block - injection) and they went to town on his teeth. They did not care at all about how he was feeling. It was obviously quite painful for him and they did not even state what he should do next - after the treatment was done. There was no follow up. We left the clinic feeling confused and angry by the whole thing. The first medical staff were so much nicer than the other medical staff. We didn't know if he was allowed to eat, how long it might take for the anaesthetic to wear off. To own the practise as well as treat a patient - they were outright rude. We are both honest and working professionals who knows what it takes to provide customer service and the other medical staff at Smiles at Waterloo, they disgust us. I would love to make a formal complaint as the standard they provided was so poor its unbelievable.

I am a regular patient at Smiles at Waterloo and I have received professional care from them on every occassion. Dental treatment is not meant to be comfortable. In fact, contrary to this you would expect a bit of discomfort in order for a dentist to do a thorough job. I have found that they are extremely thorough and have done an outstanding job at cleaning and polishing my teeth. I have also had whitening done and although it caused a little discomfort at times, I was extremely happy with the result.I am also a professional and I understand the standard of care that a dentist is expected to adhere to and I believe that they exceed that standard. I am so impressed my Smiles at Waterloo that I have referred a number of my colleagues, family and friends to see them and I have only heard positive feedback.

Dear Solora, I am sorry that you were not happy with my friendliness towards you during your partner's dental treatment. My main focus however, when a patient is in my chair is to provide QUALITY and CAREFUL dentistry and I do not allow myself to be distracted by chatting to partners when my main focus is on patient care. I am sure your partner is happy with his filling and I hope his gums have settled down after the deep cleaning that was performed last month. We assume he is considering he did not contact the surgery following his appointment. Regards, Dr Sacco
