    Bought 2nd hand engine from them which they also installed. Fine. When the engine started playing up within the warranty period I took it back to them. A couple of times they told me it would be ready but when I arrived(after a 40 minute trip) it wasn't. They then said they would deliver it to me (near the city) but that didn't happen either. After months of being without a car I finally got it back but only when I went out to Smithfield to get it. The management needs some customer service and business skills.
