    We had a ducted aircon system installed and the process went smoothly and the system works well. The issues we had with this company is that they would only accept cash for payment (no credit cards, cheques or DD accepted) and the after sales service was shocking after we had the system installed when we asked for some changes to the system. It felt like they had our initial money and didn't really care anymore.

    I have had 2 airconditioners and central heating installed in my home by this company. On all 3 occassions the guys turned up on time and were very professional. Even better they were efficient and cleaned up as they worked. I really recommend this company to anyone needing heating or aiconditioning
