    They are good at threading... But I find they are very poor at following instructions. They seem to just thread clean for everyone with one standard shape, whether it suits you or not. Disappointing given they know their trade so I would have happily returned except that my eyebrows are so thin AGAIN (which is after giving them a second go and making instructions even clearer). Too bad! they lost me for sure.

      If you were not happy with our services you would have told us then and there. First of all we would like to know your name, which day, date and time you came in as we have all the records in our system. And secondly we always ask our clients if they want thin or thick eyebrows so if you got thin eyebrows i am sure you might have asked for that. And also all our staff have experience of more than 10yrs , so with threading and waxing no one is unhappy with the services ever.     I went to this salon for the first time the other day, and i wish id discovered it earlier. The girls were friendly and polite, but not over the top, which made the experience more relaxing. Id never had eyebrow threading before, and although it was initially a little different to waxing, it had great results and my skin didn't break out bright red like it usually does with wax. Id definitely go back to this salon. Thanks ladies, you did an amazing job!

    I have been going to Ritu for more than two years now. I am so comfortable with her and the staff, that i cant think of going somewhere else for my waxing treatments. Knowing that i am only going to get her as my therapist i always walk out happily from her place. Highly recommend her well decor boutique style salon for all the girls as she will make you feel very comfortable. And also you will get the same staff everytime.

    I m only new to the Carnegie area and I am very lucky to have come across Smooth and silky straight away!
    Iv been going to her for body and facial waxing, and Brow threading, and it has been the most comfortable experience I have ever had!
    The atmosphere in her salon is relaxing and professional, yet she is friendly and makes it an almost pain-free visit. And one of my favourite things is going back knowing I will see the same person who knows exactly what I want.
    Without hesitation I would recommend smooth and silky Beauty salon to anybody as I have never left there feeling let down. Liliana.

    Extremely happy with my treatment. The salon is very clean and the staff are professional. By far the best brazilian and least painful wax I've had to date, and they use organic wax for the skin. Their Eyebrow threading probably the best in all over Melbourne as visited so many places.Will be going back. Only thing I would say is make sure you plan and book a bit in advance as it's hard to get an appointment ,they seem to be very busy.

    I have been going to smoothnsilky for a year now for my waxing treatments. They are the best in waxing as they use organic wax . I never got break out on my skin. Very happy with their services and friendly staff.

    i wish i can choose no stars for this salon, cause they don't even deserve the one star. i went for facial, and it was it .. my face start to breakout even more, they used a dirty sponge and i swear my face was so so so smelly till i went home and washed over and over and over just to get rid of that bad odor. never again will go there.

    I've been going to Ritu's Salon for almost 2 years now and I don't think I will be changing anytime soon. She not only does a great job for special occasions but even the regular waxing, threading and facial is of excellent quality. Keeping in mind the quality offered, the rates are very economical.

    The new Salon she has opened; Smooth and Silky, has a great ambiance and is very comfortable. A lot of my friends too are now regulars at Ritu's and they are extremely happy with her services too. I highly recommend her for regular visits and for special occasions.
