    I love love love my new hair!! I bought a scoopon voucher and have honestly found my new hairdresser! Gorgeous colour and cut, can't fault their work! Great experience and will definitely be back!! :) I feel a million dollars!

    I went there because I'd bought an online deal. I made the mistake of letting the owner decide how to best cut my hair, because apparently he was supposed to be very good, but what he turned out to be was over-opinionated, with little knowledge of decent hair products. He didn't trim the layers, nor would he cut my fringe, because he said it 'wouldn't suit me'. I had no layers, so no body put throughout the top, nor did he blow dry it (he said it was unnecessary even though it was included in the deal) until I insisted, which ended up making no difference because he dried it when it was already dry with no product put in to hold it! The cut did not suit my shaped face, but since I had a $20 voucher included in the package, I decided to give him another chance by allowing him to cut my daughter's hair. MISTAKE! Same thing happened - trim the bottom, trim the fringe, no layering. He didn't even say hello to her! She walked out looking exactly the same as when she went in, so I had to come home & fix it myself! I will never go back to this salon again.

    The staff are friendly but professionalism is not that great, while there i was left alone in the salon while all staff went out side to eat lunch and smoke. I had a color done which was a great color chosen by the staff but no stain preventative was put on my skin so i walked out with a stain the size of a 20 cent piece on for forehead. The color was left too long due to them being out side and i also walked away with 2 small chemical burns on my head. The staff chose a great cut for me but it ended up being one side shorter then the other. They have great knowledge with color and design but unfortunately don't have the skills to back it up. If you don't know what color to have or style then go to these guys but don't expect greatness.
