My sister comes here and recommended them, I don't have any complaints, and every time I have a treatment I'm very happy with the results.
They are very busy - which is nice to see in this economy.

Treatments are overpriced and ineffective. Certainly not medical grade results!! Also had the same issues with voucher and reminders. Responses from staff were unprofessional, almost rude and definitely unwelcoming. My advice - go somewhere else!!

  A minimum of 6 - 8 sessions are advised for permanent hair reduction, if your results have not been effective after your two sessions, then this could be why you have not had the "results" you expected.

I bought a $59 voucher which gives you so called $500 dollars worth of "medical grade " ipl. The exageratted prices are displayed on the soleil website, and you think youre getting a bargain. The instore ongoing offer is $119 for $500 worth . For one think medical grade ipl costs so much more and I have had medical grade before and this one was more like being tickled.

  The machines we use are definitely "medical grade" we advise all clients that 6 - 8 treatments are usually required for permanent hair reduction.
  Since you have only been for one treatment, you would not expect to see the same results as a course of treatments.

I have been going to Soleil for treatments now for six months - I love the results and the staff are pleasant and always welcoming - All my friends are now coming to have their treatments there also - couldn't be happier.

Unwelcoming staff. They never sent out a reminder to me when my appointment was (and they said they would) so I lost money I paid in advance. I also paid for this appointment prior through a groupon website. So I lost money and my voucher became void because it was my fault the staff didn't send out a reminder? Ridiculous. They are so rude it's not worth it. You can truly get more affordable treatments, more happier staff elsewhere. NOT RECOMMENDED.
