    The customer service staff are magnificent, very polite and very helpful. I went there on a Saturday morning and there were only 2 staff at reception dealing with patients and answering a bucket load of phone calls which started to pour in from 9.30am onwards. I think they did an excellent job at handling the situation but my morning was ruined when I saw the medical staff. The most rude I've ever met. Doesn't listen to the patient at all. I only went to get a referral letter for an orthopaedic surgeon for my back injury and they kept on saying that orthopaedic surgeons do not operate the spine. Thats when I lost all my hope on them. Very unhelpful, got no manners with talking to people. I'm not sure about all the other medical staff there.

    I have been attending this centre for the past seven years and and completely confident in their medical skills. My family and I are the better for their care. No "push them in push them out" here
