Bad service, rude, overpriced, never answer their phone. Good chips though and on fish and chip store in Springfield Lakes so when you feel like it you have to go there

Rude telephone service and had to repeat myself several times to be understood then they forgot half my order so I had to drive all the way back there to get it and my fish was DISGUSTING!!! Burnt batter falling off all over and what little batter was on it was soaked in oil.
This is the most HORRIBLE fish and chips I have EVER had. I demanded my money back and a new fish.
And next time, I will make the drive up the road to Salt n Battered in Springfield. It is far better, service and quality of food. -

Terrible food - they forget things out of orders, last time I went they forgot 2x kabanas
this time just had 2 burgers + chips tonight they forgot chips so burgers sat in warmer for 10 mins that was not even on .. by the time it was ready got home - fish was BURNT in the burger and bottom was so soggy it fell apart in the bag.
Chips were not worth the wait - everything tasted old and stale. Prices are not cheap -

very dear for what u get chips are yuk fish got that muddy tahat not fresh at all never going back.. i reckomen salt n battered have fresh fish and chips so yummy and cheap there all ways give u extra i order a single serve 1 fish and chips they always give me 2 peice fish extra when i won'nt it eat cause to much but great food thumbs up :)
