    I had a good experience today had lost a screw in my sunnies which was very hard to replace, (other operators said it was a non standard screw). They fixed it no problems, a smile and no charge.

    Whoever wrote the previous review must be thinking of a different place?? These guys have done several pairs of sunglasses for me and know their stuff inside out as to what lenses for different applications. Service is top notch and extremely competitive pricewise. Not to mention being able to custom fit lenses into older frames. Things which other manufacturers won't touch.

    They now do other specialised soldering work for me that has solved issues in my business that have always been a problem.

    Top notch. Can't recommend highly enough

    I went to SOS to have a nose pad replaced on my glasses. I knew that I could get this service free from a business such as OPSM but thought as SOS were close to work they were convient and I would rather pay a local business. They broke my nose clamp and then charged me $30 saying that it must of already been broken. This caused me great delays from work because they do not have EFTPOS I then had to walk to West End for an ATM. They also did not say I would have to pay for it until after they had repaired them. Neither of the owners would admit that they had broken the clamp whilst replacing the nose pad. Quality of work was good but customer service very low. Could of been improved by taking responsiblity or even if the owners truly belived they were not at fault and I as the customer belived them at fault could of even only charged me half.
