Start with Tinto de Verano – a favoured summer drink of Spaniards – then perhaps a Sotano Mule served in a traditional copper mug or a glass of Spanish sparkling complemented by a Chef’s Selection tapas plate that could include spicy lamb kebabs, king prawns, salted cod fritters or the morish fried potatoes with aioli – bravo!
